Final TVR Parent meeting

If your child is scheduled to go to summer camp with us or if you are considering taking one of the open spots we currently have, you need to attend this meeting. It is also recommended that middle school and high school students who will be going attend this meeting as well. At this meeting, we will be:

• Introducing the adults who will be going as chaperones & sharing their contact information
• Completing paperwork
• Discussing the dress code & what to pack
• Finalizing what day we will be packing the bus & what time we will meet at the church on our day of departure
• Discussing how to send packages during the week
• Considering how much money parents may want to send for the trip & for souvenirs
• Answering any questions parents or students may have
